By creating an account or using any part of the Oidria platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Oidria provides a secure platform for connecting legal professionals with clients. The platform includes case management, secure messaging, document sharing, appointment scheduling, and payment processing features. Oidria is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Lawyers must complete professional verification before accessing all platform features.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform to transmit harmful content, impersonate others, interfere with other users, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the system.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

The Oidria platform, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Oidria a limited license to process and display it within the platform.

Oidria is provided on an 'as-is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oidria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
